How to make any fresh aftershave last longer
Even a well-built fresh fragrance will die faster if you apply it wrong. Here is what I do at the factory when we are testing new formulas for longevity.
Apply to clean, moisturized skin. Dry skin does not hold fragrance. If you shower and then spray directly onto dry skin, the alcohol evaporates faster and takes the scent with it. Use an unscented moisturizer or body lotion first. The oils slow down evaporation and give the fragrance something to cling to.
