Order Processing

All orders placed are processed within 48–72 business hours after receipt of your order confirmation email. Please note that orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Free Global Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all subscription orders. This offer applies to only the standard shipping options available at checkout. One-time orders outside the UK, GCC and USA may incur shipping charges which will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery of your fragrances. At checkout, you can choose between:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 3–11 business days

  • Carried out by economy carriers or local postal services

  • Tracking provided

Express Shipping

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 1–5 business days (next day delivery options are available too)

  • Carried out by premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar)

  • Tracking and delivery notifications

  • Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries

International Shipping Information

We ship globally, with the following considerations:

  • International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

  • If you incur customs charges, please contact our customer service team with proof of payment. We may offer store credit as compensation for these fees.

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination country and local customs processing.

Restricted Shipping Destinations

In compliance with international sanctions laws and regulations administered by the United Kingdom (OFSI), the United States (OFAC), and the European Union, House of Watan does not ship to, sell to, or fulfil orders destined for the following countries and regions:

  • Russian Federation

  • Belarus

  • Ukraine’s areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Crimea

  • Iran

  • Syria

  • Sudan and South Sudan

  • Venezuela

  • North Korea (DPRK)

  • Cuba

  • Myanmar (Burma)

This list also includes any other country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions as may be updated from time to time by the relevant authorities. Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted destinations will be automatically rejected and refunded.

House of Watan Ltd does not have any operations, warehouses, suppliers, or distribution centres in any of the above restricted jurisdictions. All of our products are sourced, stored, and shipped from compliant territories.

By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery address provided is not located in a restricted jurisdiction and that the products will not be re-exported or diverted to any sanctioned territory. For our full sanctions compliance policy, please refer to Section 20 of our Terms of Service.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction and the safe delivery of your purchase are our top priorities. In the event of a lost or damaged package:

Lost Packages

  • We will initiate a trace with the carrier if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window.

  • If the package cannot be located, we will either resend your order or provide a full refund, at your preference.

Damaged Packages

  • Please document any damage with photos upon receipt.

  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, a link to monitor your package’s journey, and updates about any significant changes to your delivery status.

Service Interruptions

Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local postal service delays, seasonal high volume periods, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any known delays or service interruptions affecting your order via email. Your patience with us is appreciated while we investigate unknown delays or issues affecting your order.
