Program. House of Watan operates a recurring SMS/text messaging program that sends marketing offers, personalized fragrance recommendations, order updates, and customer support messages to customers who opt in.

How to opt in. You can opt in by entering your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website welcome popup, or by checking the SMS marketing consent box at checkout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email business@houseofwatan.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS or text-messaging opt-in or consent data with any third party, including any business or marketing partner, for that party's own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile information only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging program (such as our SMS platform provider and telecommunications carriers), solely to deliver the messages you requested.
